Although RSM presents a wide selection of its courses publicly, almost 80% of courses now are presented on-site, to customers' own specifications. RSM is able to do this because all the courses are developed modularly, thus enabling them to be adapted and tailored to reflect the business needs, hardware and software profile and precise educational requirements of each individual customer.

Such tailoring is always carried out when a customer books an in-house course, whether it be an introductory level course or an advanced internals course. RSM ensures that your objectives are fully understood and that only relevant topics are included. By doing this your return on investment in training is maximised. This process is best demonstrated by a flow chart.

Other benefts from opting for an in-house course are that the exercises can be carried out using your own systems to the standards of your installation. You can also choose the best time to have the course presented (even at week-ends if necessary!).
