INFO/MAN - IBM Tivoli Information Management for z/OS

IBM Tivoli Information Management for z/OS - Info/Man - is a powerful database based product with processes to manage your enterprise, especially problem and change management linked to asset and configuration management. Each data centre has different processes, and because these need to be flexible to meet constantly changing demands of the business, Info/Man is designed to be quick and easy to change. Fields can be added and removed without stopping usage of Info/Man or needing to reorganise the database. This practical course teaches skills needed to perform the majority of tasks that an Info/Man administrator will be asked to do. It gives a good understanding of the fundamentals and is the pre-requisite for more complex development including migrating to the web front-end. The class format can be either formal classroom or informal desk side training, with online demonstrations and with practical laboratories for participants.

This course is only available for one-company, on-site presentations.
